What's included in the welcome gift and pack?

Core members receive a Henley Padel welcome gift on joining. Premium members receive a full welcome pack including additional club merchandise. Details of what’s inside will be revealed once you sign up — we like keeping some surprises!

Can I upgrade from Core to Premium later?

Yes, subject to Premium availability. Get in touch and we’ll manage the switch through your Stripe subscription. Any unused portion of your current membership will be credited to the new tier.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel anytime through your Stripe subscription portal — no lock-in periods, no cancellation fees. Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you’re welcome to rejoin later subject to availability.

What happens when memberships are full?

Once we’ve reached 35 Core and 15 Premium members, we’ll open a waiting list. You’ll be added in order and notified as soon as a spot becomes available.

Can I book courts without being a member?

Absolutely. Pay-as-you-go court hire is always available via Playtomic and open to everyone. Membership adds priority booking rights, discounts, community access, and coaching perks on top of the standard experience.

Are memberships transferable?

Memberships are personal to the account holder and can’t be transferred to another person. If you’re going to be away for a while (extended holiday, injury, work commitments), get in touch — we’ll do our best to pause your membership so you’re not paying while unable to play.

Do memberships include coaching sessions?

Membership doesn’t include coaching sessions themselves, but it does give you priority booking on group coaching, a 12-month price freeze on group rates, and access to member-only coaching events. Padel Express and private sessions are booked separately.
