Separate booking, membership, cancellation, refund, facility, and participation terms may apply when you book courts, classes, memberships, coaching, events, or other services with us. Those additional terms will be made available at the point of booking, purchase, sign-up, or attendance.

The Website provides information about our padel and Pilates services. Court bookings are made through third-party platforms (such as Playtomic for padel courts and Momence for Pilates classes), and are subject to those platforms’ own terms and conditions.

When booking facilities, classes, or memberships through Henley Padel:

CCTV may be in operation at our premises for safety, security, crime prevention, and incident management purposes. Further information about how we handle personal data, including CCTV data where applicable, is set out in our Privacy Policy. 

You acknowledge that participation in padel, Pilates, fitness classes, coaching, and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You are responsible for participating safely, following any rules, instructions, signage, or guidance provided, and using the facilities and equipment appropriately.

If you have any medical condition, injury, health concern, or are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you, you should seek appropriate medical advice before participating.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Henley Padel Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of participation in padel, Pilates, fitness activities, or use of our facilities, except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

You confirm that you are physically fit to participate or have sought appropriate medical advice.

Specific terms relating to memberships, court hire, coaching sessions, Pilates classes, cancellations, refunds, safety rules, disclaimers, and facility use will be set out separately at the point of booking or sign-up, on our Website, and/or via signage around the venue. 

 

Bookings, memberships, classes, coaching sessions, events, cancellations, no-shows, refunds, credits, and transfers may be subject to separate rules, time limits, and policies. These will be shown at the point of booking, purchase, sign-up, or attendance where applicable.

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, video, audio, software, and the Henley Padel name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Henley Padel Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
