THE TEAM
Meet our instructors.
Hollie Louise Cooper
Pilates Instructor
My name is Hollie, and I am a 25-year-old Pilates instructor who has been teaching for over a year.
I fell in love with Pilates while living in Australia, at a time when I had fallen out of love with myself. After weight training for three to four years, I had also fallen out of love with the gym. Pilates not only changed the way I looked, but it completely transformed how I viewed myself and how I wanted to feel in my body—not just now, but as I grow older.
My passion is helping both women and men reform themselves, become the best versions of themselves, and build confidence from within. I also love creating a supportive community where people can meet like-minded friends, connect with others in similar situations, and feel a sense of belonging.
Kayla Middleton
Pilates Instructor
Hello, my name is Kayla. I am a certified Pilates Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer with a Bachelors degree in Fitness, Nutrition and Health. I’m passionate about helping clients feel strong, confident and capable in their bodies. Specialising in pre and postnatal Pilates and advanced Reformer, I create dynamic, flowing classes that challenge you in all the right ways, leaving you feeling energised, empowered and stronger with every session.
Mia Edwards
Pilates Instructor
Hi, I’m Mia! I’m a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor with a passion for combining the best of both worlds. My classes blend traditional Pilates with my personal training style, incorporating strength-based movements, controlled burns, pulses and holds to help you build strength, improve mobility and feel empowered.
As a busy mum myself, I understand that fitness needs to work around real life. That’s why I focus on creating welcoming sessions that can be adapted for all abilities, ensuring everyone feels challenged, supported and successful no matter where they are on their fitness journey.
My goal is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger and enjoy exercise.

NEW TO REFORMER?
Not sure where to start?
If it’s your first reformer class, we recommend booking a 1:1 intro session first. It gives you a proper introduction to the equipment and method before joining group classes. Then once you’re comfortable, the full timetable opens up.
