TIER ONE
Henley Core Membership
1. Membership & Payment
Henley Core Membership costs £29.99 per month and is billed monthly until cancelled.
There is no fixed-term commitment. Membership is personal to the named member and may not be transferred, shared or resold.
Membership benefits will normally become active within 24 hours of joining.
If a membership payment fails or is reversed, membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until payment has been resolved.
2. Cancellation
Membership may be cancelled at any time through your Stripe subscription portal. There are no cancellation fees or minimum membership periods.
Your membership and benefits will remain active until the end of the billing period already paid for. Payments already made are non-refundable for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law.
Rejoining following cancellation is subject to membership availability.
Where a statutory cooling-off right applies to an online purchase, you retain those statutory rights. To exercise a statutory cancellation right, please contact info@henleypadel.com. Where you have requested immediate access to membership services and used those services during a cooling-off period, Henley Padel may make a proportionate deduction for services already supplied where permitted by law.
3. Court Booking & Discount
Core members may book courts up to 14 days in advance, subject to court availability. Advance booking rights do not guarantee that a particular court or time will be available.
Core members receive 10% off off-peak court bookings, currently Monday–Friday, 8:00am–3:00pm, as designated within our booking system.
The discount is for the member’s own use and may not be transferred or used to make discounted bookings on behalf of others where the member is not participating. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
Court hire is not included within the monthly membership fee and all bookings remain subject to Henley Padel’s standard booking and cancellation policies.
4. Member Benefits
Core membership includes:
- Access to members-only socials. Access does not mean an event is free unless specifically advertised as included.
- Access to the Henley Padel social and work space during published venue opening hours, subject to availability and temporary closures.
- 5% off Pro Shop purchases. This cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless stated otherwise.
- A 12-month price freeze on standard Henley Padel group coaching rates from the date of joining. This does not include private coaching, special events, new coaching formats or third-party services unless stated.
- Priority access to selected events and tournaments. Priority provides earlier access where applicable but does not guarantee a place, entry or eligibility.
- One Core welcome gift on initial joining, subject to availability. An alternative item of similar value may be provided where necessary.
5. Fair Use & Conduct
Members must comply with Henley Padel’s venue rules, safety requirements and booking policies.
Membership benefits are intended for the individual member. Misuse, sharing of benefits, fraudulent bookings, repeated non-payment or serious/repeated breaches of club rules may result in benefits being suspended or membership being terminated, following reasonable notice where appropriate.
6. Changes to Membership
Henley Padel may make reasonable changes to membership benefits where required for operational, legal or safety reasons.
If we make a material change which reduces the overall membership offering, we will aim to provide at least 30 days’ notice. Any change to the monthly membership price will also be communicated in advance, giving members the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.
The 12-month group coaching price freeze will continue to apply for the promised period.
7. General
Membership does not guarantee court, coaching, social or event availability.
Nothing within these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right which cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
TIER TWO
Henley Premium Membership
1. Membership & Payment
Henley Premium Membership costs £49.99 per month and is billed monthly until cancelled.
Rejoining following cancellation is subject to Premium membership availability.
3. Advance Booking Rights
Premium members may book courts up to 21 days in advance, subject to court availability.
Advance booking rights provide earlier access to available courts but do not guarantee that a particular court, date or time will be available.
Court hire remains payable separately and all bookings are subject to Henley Padel’s standard booking and cancellation policies.
4. Block Booking Privilege
Premium members may request recurring block bookings for both peak and off-peak court times, with a minimum block of 10 bookings. Payment for the block is required at the time of booking. Members are allowed to rearrange one session within each block, as long as at least 48 hours notice is given, as per the Henley Padel court cancellation policy.
Block bookings are subject to court availability at the time the request is made and must be arranged with Henley Padel. Membership does not make the court bookings themselves free.
Each session remains subject to the applicable court price and booking/cancellation policy. Repeated cancellations, non-payment or misuse of a recurring booking may result in the block booking privilege being withdrawn after reasonable notice.
Premium membership must remain active for the duration of the block booking. Additionally, membership must still be active in order to retain Premium benefits on future block bookings.
5. Off-Peak Court Discount
Premium members receive 20% off off-peak court bookings, currently Monday–Friday, 8:00am–3:00pm, as designated within our booking system.
The discount is for the member’s own use and may not be transferred or used to make discounted bookings on behalf of others where the member is not participating.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
6. Additional Premium Benefits
Premium membership also includes:
- Access to members-only socials. Access does not mean an event is free unless specifically advertised as included.
- 10% off Pro Shop purchases. This cannot be combined with another discount or promotion unless stated otherwise.
- A 12-month price freeze on standard Henley Padel group coaching rates from the date of joining. This does not include private coaching, special events, new coaching formats or third-party services unless stated.
- Highest membership priority for selected events and tournaments. Where priority booking is offered, Premium members will receive priority ahead of Core members and non-members where applicable. Priority does not guarantee a place, entry or eligibility.
- One Premium welcome pack on initial joining, subject to availability. Contents may vary and items of a similar nature or value may be substituted where necessary.
